200′ Long Police Line Plastic BARRICADE TAPE. Great for Halloween

This costume is not for the faint of heart.  It is more for those who have a really good body and also a good weather forecast.  The costume is very simple.  All you need is to purchase a roll of crime scene tape an wrap it around all of the sensitive places on your body.   Be sure to tuck the tape the tape in the right places so that is does not fall off.  Also, don’t leave the tape at home.  If it does tend to fall of you will have a replacement near by.
