Lady Gaga once again took the show at the 2010 MTV VMA award show.  Her 2010 costume featured a fashion forward Alexander McQueen original regal gown with wrapped her body with royal shades of gold, dark reds and deep greens.  While the dress was amazing she was trying to bring forward another controversial matter in-telling the don’t ask don’t tell matter of the military.
